Returns, Warranty & Refund Policy

At Polco, every product is designed to deliver long-lasting protection and premium craftsmanship. Many of our covers and accessories are manufactured after an order is placed, ensuring the best possible fit and performance.

Because of this made-to-order manufacturing process, our return policy is designed to balance product quality assurance and fair customer service.


Made-to-Order Manufacturing

Most Polco products are manufactured on demand after the order is placed. This allows us to maintain high standards of fit, durability, and customization.

Due to this production model, returns are not accepted unless the product has a verified manufacturing defect.


Manufacturing Defect Claims

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect (such as stitching issues or fitment problems), please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order.

Include the following details:

  • Order ID

  • Registered email or phone number

  • Description of the issue

  • Clear photos or videos showing the defect

Our quality team will review the request and guide you through the next steps.


Quality Inspection

In some cases, we may request the product to be returned for quality inspection by our production team.

Once the returned product is inspected and the defect is verified, we will provide one of the following solutions:

• Product replacement
• Product repair
• Partial or full refund, depending on the case


Optional Return Assistance (Customer Preference Returns)

We understand that in some situations customers may still wish to return a product even when there is no manufacturing defect.

While returns are generally not accepted for made-to-order items, Polco may assist in such cases as a customer service gesture under the following conditions:

• Only 50% of the base product value will be refunded
• GST, shipping, and delivery charges are non-refundable
• The remaining amount is considered a restocking and handling fee

Once the returned product is received and approved by our quality team, the refund will be processed within 15 working days.


European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers may cancel or return their order within 14 days of receiving the product, in accordance with EU consumer protection regulations.

In such cases:

• The product must be unused and in original condition
• Packaging, tags, and accessories must remain intact
• Refund will follow the Polco return processing structure, including applicable restocking, GST, and shipping deductions

Approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after inspection.


Non-Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements cannot be approved under the following circumstances:

• Damage caused by improper usage
• Dog bites or animal damage
• Damage caused by washing or incorrect care
• Color variations due to photography or lighting conditions
• Fitment issues caused by vehicle modifications not disclosed during ordering


Product Condition for Approved Returns

If a return is approved for inspection, the product must be:

• Unused
• In original packaging
• With tags and inserts intact

Products showing signs of use, tampering, or improper handling may be rejected.


Warranty

All Polco products include a 3-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects.

The warranty covers:

• Stitching defects
• Fitment issues
• Production-related faults

The warranty does not cover:

• External damage
• Accidental damage
• Misuse or improper handling


Refund Processing

Once a returned product is received and inspected:

  1. You will receive an inspection confirmation email

  2. If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days

  3. Refunds are issued to the original payment method

Please note that banks or payment providers may require additional processing time.
