Return and Replacement Policy

At Polco, we work very hard to deliver the best products and shopping experience to you. If for any reason you do not feel satisfied with the product delivered to you then as per the terms and conditions, you can return the product to us within 2 days from the delivery date with the Original Packing.

Terms & Condition

  • All Returns/Refunds related to damage/defect/quantity mismatch are eligible for return but within 48 hours from Delivery.
  • All items to be returned must be unused and in their original condition. The original tags, packaging should be intact.
  • Once your return parcel is received via reverse pick-up or self-courier and inspected by our quality control team, an email will be sent to you to confirm the receipt of the returned item and quality approval or rejection status. In case of an approved return, amount will be refunded.
  • Any product returned that shows improper handling/use, or physical damage; damaged/torn out the box, missing manuals will not be Replaced/Refunded and will be returned back to the buyer without rendering a reason.
  • We would not be able to accept a product if it shows sign of being tampered by you. We expect that while returning the product you will pack the product very safely and securely.
  • We may not be able to exchange products bought during sale or discount.
